- ➤ Today, the final Barber Beast on the Bay race took place at Presque Isle State Park, ending a 12-year run that raised over $900,000 for the Barber National Institute—more than 1,400 participants raced a 10-mile obstacle course with 30 challenges ending at Waldameer's wave pool. - ➤ Family, friends, and coworkers gathered on Sunday at Greengarden Lanes for a bowling benefit to honor Scott Biggie, who died from cancer nearly two weeks ago and to help pay for his family’s medical expenses.
