- ➤ Christian authors Lysa TerKeurst and former school board president Lori Pickens and American Idol finalist Breanna Nix will headline WCTL-FM's Rejoice Refresh Renew conference on Mar. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at Erie First Assembly of God, with tickets from $40 up. The Erie Times-News

- ➤ The Food and Drug Administration expanded a recall on Dec. 19 for Market 32 shrimp sold at Price Chopper, which may be contaminated with cesium-137, including in Pennsylvania stores. Consumers are advised to discard any remaining packages. The Erie Times-News
- ➤ Erie nurse Maddy Latsko and coworkers organized a donation drive at AHN Cancer Institute — a center at Saint Vincent — to give gifts and food to more than 35 families of cancer patients. The drive continues today, with toys placed under a Christmas tree and food available for patients in need. The Erie Times-News

- ➤ In November, Erie County homes had a median listing price of $219,900, a slight decrease from October and 8.1% lower than last November. Homes spent an average of 46 days on market and new listings increased by 23.5%, with 168 new homes available. The Erie Times-News
