- ➤ Millcreek Township police said that 35-year-old Jafar Almaarej from Dearborn turned himself in on Tuesday after U.S. Marshals tracked him from Pittsburgh to Erie (he is accused of kidnapping his daughter from her home on Aug 3 and sending a threatening text message) and he was arraigned on Tuesday evening while the child remained safe.
