The first ever Rides for the Rise: Motor Music Festival will be held tomorrow at Liberty Park with a motorcycle parade starting at West Erie Plaza and ending on the bayfront—registration begins at 10 a.m. at West Erie Plaza and a portion of the proceeds will support local youth programs.
