- ➤ Humanity’s High Hurdle, an 18-foot stainless steel sculpture by Garry Bibbs, was moved in March from the Erie Art Museum to the Erie Center for Arts & Technology at 650 East Ave—where it will be dedicated on June 26 at 2 p.m. ECAT students helped build the new base for the sculpture as the artist is set to lead a workshop during the ceremony.
