Downtown Corry business owners are eligible to share $225,000 in state and local grants to improve storefront facades—efforts aimed at revitalizing the downtown area.

The funding includes a $100,000 tap from Main Street Matters and $125,000 from the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority's Mission Main Street initiative, announced on May 30.

The fourth annual 14th Festival will be held on June 12 on East 14th Street in downtown Erie to avoid weekend conflicts—local sponsors have provided free admission and the event will feature live music, food vendors and children’s activities for a festive summer kickoff.
