- ➤ Erie will host the 15th annual Troika Festival at the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity Community Center at 109 German St. from May 23-25, featuring live music by the Breeze Band, Barynya dancing, and Russian food and drinks+ proceeds support the church food pantry and community center upgrades. - ➤ Ann Tredway, executive director of the Center for the Rights of Abused Children, said that Erie must help over 13,000 foster children in Pennsylvania who have faced trauma and instability.
