- ➤ A recent Pennsylvania Youth Survey report finds 1 in 3 Erie County students felt depressed and 1 in 10 skipped meals due to money issues while bullying exceeded state averages. The survey, which involved grades 6, 8, 10 and 12, underscores ongoing challenges for local youth. The Erie Times-News
