  • Erie's popular cover band First To Eleven will play their final tour show at BigBar on April 28 — it will be their 16th concert and they have nearly 2 million YouTube followers. The band will end its tour with a high-energy performance that reflects their local success.  The Erie Times-News
  • Erie County’s only drive-in theater, Sunset Drive-In in Waterford Township, will open its 2025 season on May 2 with double features on Friday, Saturday & Sunday as gates open between 7 and 7:30 p.m. A flea market will begin on May 4 with 50-cent admission for adults and free entry for children following delays after Easter.  The Erie Times-News

    The Sisters of St. Joseph Neighborhood Network (SSJNN) seeks a dedicated and meticulous Grants Specialist to lead and expand our grant funding efforts. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Grants Specialist will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, writing grant proposals and reports, and maintaining grant contract compliance. This position will work closely with fundraising, accounting and program staff and should enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and demonstrate the ability to embrace SSJNN’s mission to empower richly diverse and historically disadvantaged neighborhoods. This is a full-time, on-site position. Compensation of at least $25.00/hour, with a generous benefits package.
