- ➤ One person died in a house fire on South Park Lane in Millcreek on Sunday afternoon and police said the blaze spread to a neighboring home—state police, township police, and the Erie Fire Department are investigating the cause. YourErie.com
- ➤ Fire crews from North East Fire Department, Brookside Fire Company and Fairfield Hose Company VFD responded to a working fire call at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night at a mobile home park on East Lake Road in Harborcreek Township that severely damaged a mobile home (cause unknown). YourErie.com

- ➤ Performing Artists Collective Alliance launched a capital campaign to transform its unused fifth floor at 1505 State St. into a rentable community and performance space and install a new ADA-accessible elevator for its historic building. Grants Specialist
The Sisters of St. Joseph Neighborhood Network (SSJNN) seeks a dedicated and meticulous Grants Specialist to lead and expand our grant funding efforts. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Grants Specialist will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, writing grant proposals and reports, and maintaining grant contract compliance. This position will work closely with fundraising, accounting and program staff and should enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and demonstrate the ability to embrace SSJNN’s mission to empower richly diverse and historically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
