  • Fine Wine and Good Spirits at 2208 Broad St. will close for renovations starting April 18 at 9 p.m., as the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board said it needs to replace flooring + restructure the layout with a hoped reopening in summer.  The Erie Times-News

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Finish Thompson Inc. is selling the 14-acre former Lord property at West 12th and Greengarden after high building costs ended its plan for a new 200,000 sqft facility. Instead, the firm is expanding by buying a warehouse and upgrading its headquarters while an agent markets the property for $1.5 million.  The Erie Times-News

SPORTS NEWS
