- ➤ Erie Events plans a 27,000 sqft bayfront market house near the former GAF Materials Corp site on the west bayfront, featuring Erie-based retail, farmers markets, and live music. The project, funded by a $9.5 million grant plus state aid, could receive zoning approval from City Council on May 6. The Erie Times-News
- ➤ Fine Wine and Good Spirits at 2208 Broad St. will close for renovations starting April 18 at 9 p.m., as the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board said it needs to replace flooring + restructure the layout with a hoped reopening in summer. The Erie Times-News
