- ➤ Greg Fornalczyk, co-owner of Lake Erie Candy Company—maker of beach glass candy—discussed the company’s history and its plans for special treats during the upcoming Easter season. The business will launch new products as the holiday approaches. The Erie Times-News

- ➤ Erie airport will offer Global Entry interviews from April 28 through May 2 at the CPB office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.—travelers can use the mobile app or dedicated lines to skip long queues while walk-ins may face delays. The Erie Times-News
- ➤ Erie Police Department is recruiting new officers and will hold a physical agility test on August 2 with a written test following for those who pass — applicants must submit materials, including an $80 fee, by June 27; Lt. - ➤ Drivers who use I-90 early in the morning and evening will face delays when PennDOT begins nighttime lane closures Monday, April 14 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. nightly until April 25.
