- ➤ An independent study by Parker Strategy Group found that Diverse Erie’s $3.5 million investment generated $5.7 million in economic impact—supporting 32 jobs and yielding $1.63 for every dollar spent. With an additional $1.5 million expected by year-end, the commission will expand its focus to homeownership, education, and job training in Erie. The Erie Times-News

- ➤ Erie City Council voted 3—3 on an ordinance that would ban ghost guns, which are unregistered firearms made without serial numbers and sold without background checks, and the measure failed to pass.
