Family Fun Day!

About this event

Family Fun Day at Werner Books

10 AM - 4 PM

Saturday, November 7 - Treasure Hunt

Saturday, November 14 - Teddy Bears

Saturday, November 21 - Turkeys

Saturday, November 28 - Self Guided Activities (Small Business Saturday)

November Family Fun Days begin with a Treasure Hunt theme. The following week will focus on Teddy Bears to celebrate National Teddy Bear Day, inspired by President Theodore Roosevelt who refused to shoot a captured bear cub during a Mississippi hunting trip in 1902. Thanksgiving inspires a day for Turkeys! The last Saturday of the month is Small Business Saturday, so there will be self-guided activities for kids during this busy day!

Each Family Fun Day takes place between 10am and 4pm and will feature free crafts, activities, and games for families with kids ages toddler and up (we often have teens enjoying the activities as much as the younger kids!).
